I'm Daisy-Mae, an Engineering student who also has a passion for baking. 

I have been baking since a young age, making fairy cakes in the kitchen with my mum and Grandma. However, my journey has only recently started in late 2019. Building a business was not my 'plan', it was rather unexpected. I created a cake for my Dad's Birthday and posted it on my social media to show my creation.. to then having people query a price and wondering how to order. At this point I decided to make an Instagram page to showcase my creations and it has grown ever since! I am so grateful and happy to be in this position now, with many thanks to you guys!

I create bespoke cakes for my lovely customers. This can be completely from scratch with no brief from the customer, leaving me fully in charge of the design; or they may have seen a cake they like and would like me to create something similar. Either works and I am always happy to discuss designs with customers!

I am proud to announce that in October 2021, I received a 5-star food hygiene rating, ensuring that my customers can enjoy my baked treats with complete peace of mind.
